Amber Rasmussen

My name is Amber Renae Rasmussen. I’m 37 years old, I live in Kearney (car knee), Nebraska. I’m a very active and out going person. I like to learn things. I like to read about history, fanfiction, romance, art, cosplaying, makeup and sports too. Plus, a bit comedy too. When I was a little girl I learned about life on the farm. Raising goats, ride horses and throwing bales of hay too.

When I was in high school I was introduced to theatre. It is something that I continue to love. I would love to act in our local theatre. I attended University of Nebraska in Kearney. There I took makeup classes and acting too. My love of makeup continues. I even used my talents to be Paul Stanley in one of my Miss Amazing Pageant presentations back in 2014 when he made his very first book of his life. My favorite phrase of him is: “You can’t hold someone else’s hand when your own hand is balled in a fist. You can’t find beauty around you when you don’t find it inside. You can’t appreciate others when you are immersed in your own misery.”

I have been very active in Special Olympics. In bowling, power lifting and volleyball. I have been qualifying for state tournaments several times. For my future I would like to write a book, be on my own, have a big family while being a single mother and finishing collage too. Plus, I would to continue to travel to cities on my future bucket list to see sites that I have been dreaming about too. I’m proud to represent Nebraska Miss Amazing Mentor Queen of 2024.
