Elise Arnold

My name is Elise Arnold. I’m 24 years old, and I live in Omaha. I’m a very active, creative and outgoing person. Inclusive theatre and art are two of my biggest passions. I started my acting career when I was six years old and began taking classes at the Rose Theater for Children on the autism spectrum. I continued with those classes until I was 18years old.

Then I began performing with an inclusive theatre group called Ollie Webb, which also offers theatre classes that I am taking to hopefully prepare myself for a career as a costume designer, script twitter and /or prop creator. I’m also currently working as a puppeteer at an organization called Why Arts that helps to educate students in k-4th great about disability awareness.

In addition, I’ve been involved in special olympics for several years, including swimming, bowling, basketball and track/field. In late 2023 I moved to my first apartment. it’s in a sheltered community where I have lot of friends who i get to do fun activities with. It’s a big responsibility to have my own place, but I’m doing really well.

I’m very excited to represent Nebraska as the 2024 Jr. Miss Queen.
